چکیده
Objective: After considering great inter-individual variability of subjective experience and clinical course in reference to conservative non-conservative gynecological surgical interventions, an attempt was made evaluate potential role several psychological variables with respect perioperative symptomatology illness behaviour. Materials methods: The sample consists 58 women (mean age 41.4 ± 8.7) undergoing interventions (conservative ones) for benign pathologies. anamnestic data (psychological anamnesis, history, indications, methods typology the intervention) were collected using a specifically designed summary form. For evaluation pre-and post-operative behaviour, following tests respectively used: Symptom Questionnaire (SQ), 3 planned administrations (respectively 15 days before intervention, day intervention at discharge) Illness Behavior (IBQ), completed discharge. Non-parametric (Mann-Whitney Kruskal-Wallis) used compare performances on independent samples. Results: Results show that behaviour cases pathologies depend variables, is, psychopathological anamnesis. Conclusion: Findings suggest importance clinical-anamnestic inquiry oriented towards emerged as risk factors, goal planning personalized support preventing and/or reducing distress impact psychophysical wellbeing arising after gynaecological interventions.

—We suggest a new mechanism to account for the loss of angular momentum in binaries with non-conservative mass exchange. It is shown that in some cases the loss of matter can result in increase of the orbital angular momentum of a binary. If included into consideration in evolutionary calculations, this mechanism appreciably extends the range of mass ratios of components for which mass exchange...

Apparently, the buffering concept and the associated terminology are applicable if and only if the system under study has been structured in a particular way. Namely, the elements of a whole must be grouped into exactly two separate groups both of which can be condensed into a single function of a common variable. In the axiomatic definition of the signed probability measure t and the other thr...
